iFilm English TV to host 'Day of Departure'

Starting this Friday, iFilm English TV is set to air 'Day of Departure', directed by Javad Afshar.

The series, replacing 'Police Patrol', is a gripping tale of identity and justice.

Viewers can catch the debut episode tonight at 19:00 GMT.

For viewers who miss the initial broadcast, iFilm English TV has scheduled three repeats on the following day at 3:00, 8:00, and 14:00 GMT.

The series follows Rahim, an ordinary man whose life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers the existence of his identical twin brother, Karim - only to learn that Karim has been murdered. Determined to find the culprit, he decides to pass himself off as Karim to help the police track down the killer. But this role-playing proves to be more difficult than he had initially expected it to be as the murder still haunts the lives of all of those affected by it.

'Day of Departure' features an impressive cast, including Faqiheh Soltani, Danial Hakimi, Maryam Boubani, Mohsen Qazi-Moradi, and Hassan Shokouhi.

The series promises to deliver a compelling mix of mystery, drama, and psychological tension.
